The Gallery Launches In 48 Hours

Hey there, Jake Hurwitz here. Remember that new startup studio publication that you subscribed to a few months back?

Well, we’re excited to announce that we are officially launching our first deep dive this Wednesday with Byron Dailey.

Byron is a Partner at Fenwick, and is arguably the most knowledgeable and accomplished lawyer in the studio space.

He has spent years developing rock-solid legal structures for leading and emerging studios, including the likes of Science Inc, Platform, and many others. If you are curious about how to structure your studio, you won’t want to miss this one.

We launched the first short-form clip today on LinkedIn, as well as Instagram, TikTok and Twitter to promote his episode (mind giving it a re-share?)

We’ll continue sharing clips every day on all social media platforms, and on Wednesdays, you can expect a full-length video interview, a podcast, an article, and of course, this newsletter.
